These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.cardboardchampions.com and any services provided by Cardboard Champions.

By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Cardboard Champions provides evaluation and purchase services for trading card and sports card collections. We purchase entire collections and do not offer consignment, listing, or individual card sales.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use our services.

3. Collection Submissions

By submitting information, photos, or materials, you represent that:

  • You are the legal owner or authorized representative of the collection
  • Information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You have the right to sell the collection

Material misrepresentation may result in cancellation or revision of an offer.

4. Offers and Acceptance

  • All offers are non binding until accepted in writing
  • Offers are based on provided information and verification
  • We reserve the right to revise or withdraw an offer if material discrepancies are discovered

Unless otherwise stated, offers are final and not subject to negotiation.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

  • Shipping instructions will be provided upon offer acceptance
  • Risk of loss transfers as specified in the written offer or shipping agreement
  • You are responsible for proper packaging unless otherwise agreed

6. Payment

Payment methods may include ACH, wire transfer, or check. Payment is issued after verification of the collection and confirmation that terms have been met.

7. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding valuation outcomes, resale value, or future market conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardboard Champions is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of anticipated profits
  • Market fluctuations

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the collection at issue.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cardboard Champions from claims arising out of:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Misrepresentation of ownership or condition
  • Violation of applicable laws

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
